Ulrich Baumert, a graduate economist, has been advising companies on brand issues for around two decades. He initiated this blog in which he gets to the bottom of communicative phenomena in business, politics and society with brand analyzes.
Prof. Dr. Jürgen Kumbartzki

Jürgen Kumbartzki, graduate economist, born in 1968, is professor for marketing and communication at the IUBH dual studies on the Mannheim campus. He is also a managing partner at TAIKN Strategische Markenberatung.
After studying economics at the University of Bonn, Jürgen Kumbartzki did his doctorate at the chair for organizational theory at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, Vallendar. He wrote his dissertation on “The internal evolution of organizations”.
Since 2000 he has worked in various consulting functions within the BBDO Group in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt and has been working as a strategic brand consultant in Heidelberg for over 15 years.
Lecturer Andreas Quest
Andreas Quest has been with pressrelations since 2012 with numerous tasks in business development and customer service. In addition, he has a teaching position for communication controlling in the state of Saxony at the Mittweida University of Applied Sciences. From 2005 to 2011 he was managing director of X-RAY Media GmbH, which was absorbed into pressrelations. He has extensive experience in information management and media analysis. Prior to 2005, Andreas Quest worked in marketing and corporate development for German, US and British software companies. He completed his master’s degree in history and philosophy at the universities of Cologne and Hamburg.
